The beach "Le Troc" and the Marine Reserve of Banyuls.
We are located in the Natural Marine Reserve of Cerbère-Banyuls, the first marine reserve in France, created in 1974. Only few steps away you can enjoy one of the most secret beaches of the Marine reserve. Ideal for snorkeling, swimming, scuba diving or just relaxing in the sun!
With more than 250 days of sun per year, Banyuls sur mer is the village with the most sun hours in France. The region offers plenty of activities as boating, diving, fishing, golfing, hiking, mountain biking, culture and wonderful wine and food.
Banyuls village with its commerces, bars, restaurants, port and its beach is within only 10-15 minutes walk. Banyuls is located in the Languedoc Roussillon region, 9 km from the Spanish border and a two and a half hours drive takes you to Barcelona.
Unique, exclusive location on the rocks with the Mediterranean Sea at your feet. From the terrace, enjoy the romantic and beautiful views of the Sea and the mountains from morning to evening....and listen to the sound of the waves at night!
The Villa and the Studio
The fully equipped villa is 125 m2 with 4 bedrooms with double beds, kitchen, dining area and living room, a terrace overlooking the Sea, the beach and the mountains, one veranda, two WC, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. We provide you with bedlinens and towels for the shower, not for the beach.
There is also the independent furnished, fully equipped 20m2 studio for two people with views of the Sea and the mountains. It has its own terrace with a table, chairs, umbrella and a mini barbeque.
